  Friendly and great in house. But they lack in follow through for outside services like oral surgery. After cracking a tooth that needed to be pulled they sent me out the door with a referral to an oral surgeon, and said they would check my insurance and call me with an estimate for having a post and new tooth put in. When I didn't hear from them for two weeks I called them. I was told that the dentist didn't put in a request, but that they would have the biller check into it and call me. I still never heard from them! I finally went to the oral surgeon to have the tooth pulled, and discovered that the oral surgeon could put the post in that day, then after a few months of healing I could go back to the dentist to have the tooth made. However, the dentist office didn't give me a copy of the x ray they took and they couldn't be reached to get an eletronic copy. So, I had to pay $158 out of pocket for a new x ray and didn't have enough cash left to have the post put in! So now I have and empty space in my mouth, and I will never trust them for my dental care again!

  Family Gentle Dentist is a great dental office! The staff there are very caring and helpful and Dr.Linda is an amazing dentist. I’ve only been in there 3 times and every time has been a pleasant experience. I actually had a root canal done today and have been terrified to get it done thanks to the last dentist I seen at aspen dental. To my surprise it did not hurt one bit. Dr.Linda and the dental assistant, Megan, were incredible. I honestly will be back for anything else that I may need done it the future.
